This one I had to try out, Polymorph. A new generation of commercial plastics with unusual properties. When submerged in water heated around 60˚celcius it turns from opaque to clear and becomes workable. Upon cooling down it returns to a strong rigid plastic. This process can be repeated and reheated over and over again. A very cool product with many great uses. I just couldn't come up with a single one? So, when all else fails make an ash tray!
Polymorph, 1kg = $69.95

If you don't mind me asking, about how much did this cost?
I'm assuming you mean 60 degrees Celsius
Hmm, interesting stuff. it appears similar to the plastic they make milk bottles out of (called milk jugs in USA) but obvously softens at a lower temperature.
that stuff also goes clear when heated to tackiness.
osmium is another interesting substance,
Could you have used the Polymorph in a better way than as a ashtray? Just a real poor way of demonstrating what all it can do....
